Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Green Transfer concerning your access to and use of our website and services. You agree that by accessing our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING OUR SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, our services and all content and other materials therein, including, without limitation, the Green Transfer logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, "Content") are the proprietary property of Green Transfer or our licensors and are protected by international copyright laws.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms of Service, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our services.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access our services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Cryptocurrency Transactions

Green Transfer facilitates the purchase of cryptocurrencies. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency values can be volatile and may fluctuate significantly
• We do not guarantee the value of any cryptocurrency
• You are solely responsible for determining any tax consequences of your transactions
• Once cryptocurrency transactions are submitted to the blockchain, they are irreversible
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your cryptocurrency wallet

Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time. Changes to fees are effective after we post notice of the changes on our services. Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GREEN TRANSFER, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Green Transfer, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time and you should check these Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of our services after we post any modifications to the Terms of Service will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
